This year Glasgow City Mission will be serving Christmas dinner to more than 250 men and women who might not have anyone else to celebrate with.
And this is about so much more than food. It’s a time to have fun, to let people know that they are cared about, and to share the Christmas message with them.
Robert, on the left in the picture, has been coming to to Glasgow City Mission for his Christmas meal for many years.
He says of Glasgow City Mission, “You meet a lot of friends, and the staff help you in any way at all.” His friend Bernie says of the Christmas meal, “For me it’s really the company, the food comes second.”
